Worst customer service. A good friend of mine went shopping there with his father and was accused of waiting and lurking outside the store waiting for them they blasted it all over social media lying and running his name through the dirt. Will never get my business

Men be aware, especially if you go to the store at closing time went there shopping with my dad trying to help him find gifts. The three ladies working were very disrespectful called Bob the store manager the next day. He had no care whatsoever. On top of being accused of a bunch of stupid stuff, I have cut my Kohl’s credit card into pieces

Richmond Kohl's has an excellent team of associates dedicated to satisfying customers' needs the first time. For instance, Sara was wonderful and ensured I saved the available 20 % off on all of my merchandise by scanning the barcode on her phone at her register. Then, Sara ensured the purchase was correct by comparing the shoes and shoe size to the shoebox the shoes were stored in. Consequently, the wrong shoes were in the box and thankfully Sara caught this and together we corrected this. My niece and I will be forever grateful to Sara and her team for their diligence in ensuring that I purchased the correct item the first time.

My shopping experience was great! I had an extra 40% off coupon and I had all my questions answered because I had like 4 coupons. I got to use the take $10 off $50 coupon on top of the 40% off all Kohls card purchases. I felt special! I got what I needed and was so grateful for the good deals! This time of year is especially important to shop because I need a good deal to get my girls Christmas and this year it was possible! The associates are always helpful with any questions that i have! Lisa is great and Charlene and there are more to mention! Thank you Kohls ! ❤️

Excellent store..always immaculate everytime I go there. Superb sales.. and if you pay attention you can pretty much figure out when something is about to go on sale. Prices are to be expected for the quality they provide..wish they had a better location..

So if Kohls is going to sell things after Christmas, with coupons inside the purchase..Then they should honor the coupon or mark said item down from coupon value….No I don’t want to pay full price for your old perfume that has sat on your shelf since probably October of 2021. I still kinda love ya Kohls but getting tired of your shenanigans. I’m limited to what I can even use my Kohls Cash and Coupons on.
